Description

Developing embedded Systems cost-efficient and fault-free is a Challenge that should not be underestimated, as it has an ever-growing influence on the value of the system. Especially in Europe, developing embedded systems is gaining significance in many commercial sectors (e.g. automotive), so that many well-known companies already deal with embedded system development.

The lecture covers all aspects of developing embedded systems at hardware-, software-, and system level. This comprises manifold areas such as modeling, optimizing and synthesizing these systems.

The student can develop embedded systems. Own hardware can be specified, synthesized, and optimized. Hardware-description-languages and the special corner cases of embedded system development are learned.
