Mobile electronic devices such as smart phones and tablets are vital parts of our daily lives. These devices are limited both by their battery capacity as well as their passive heat dissipation capacity, thereby making a power a first class constraint for them. Low power hardware-software co-design ensures that mobile devices performs optimally with minimal amount of power consumption.

In this seminar, we will examine the design of embedded systems from low power aspects. We focus on cutting edge state-of-the-art research and projects on the subject.

Seminar is open to relevant topic suggestions.
