Short Bio
Jan Oberst is pursuing his Ph.D. at CES under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jörg Henkel since August 2026. He received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2023 with specialization in measurement technology and machine vision. In 2026, he obtained his M.Sc. in Computer Science at KIT with specialization in algorithmics and cognitive systems. His research interests lie at the intersection of computer vision and efficient machine learning.
